Script library

The library here is a showcase of image processing scripts for in situ EM data that has been compiled by PhD students and post-docs in the field of in situ EM. It is by no means exhaustive and more scripts will be added in the future. Please feel free to get in touch with the course administrators if you have suggestions for more demos or would like to contribute some of your own code.
